iTunes Tip for Mac

You know those little arrows in iTunes? The ones next to artist names and album names? By default, clicking these arrows will bring you to that artist and/or album in the iTunes Music Store. If you want to search for the artist or album in your music library, you can hold down the option key when clicking the arrow.

You can reverse the default behavior, making a simple click search your library, by entering the following in the Terminal app.

defaults write com.apple.iTunes invertStoreLinks -bool YES

Now, if your listening to a tune and you want to see all the songs by that artist in your library, just click the arrow and there you go.

If your running iTunes on Windows, there is a workaround. Buy a Mac
